South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Four members of
the committee constitute a quorum of the committee and no business may be
transacted by the committee unless a quorum is present.
(2) A decision carried
by a majority of votes cast by members at a meeting is a decision of the
committee.
(3) Each member
present at a meeting has one vote on any question arising for decision and, if
the votes are equal, the person presiding at the meeting may exercise a
casting vote.
