South Australian Consolidated Acts21AB—Return of licence to Registrar
(1) The former holder
of a licence that has been suspended or cancelled who does not forthwith
return the licence to the Registrar is guilty of an offence.
(2) The holder of a
licence who does not return the licence to the Registrar in accordance with
the directions of the Registrar in order for endorsements on the licence to be
made or altered is guilty of an offence.
(3) The maximum
penalty for an offence against this section is $5 000.
