FIREARMS ACT 1977 - SECT 18

18—Records

A dealer who—

            (a)         fails to keep prescribed records in relation to the firearms or ammunition in which the dealer deals; or

            (b)         fails to submit prescribed returns to the Registrar in accordance with the regulations,

is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $5 000.
