FENCES ACT 1975 - SECT 19

19—Manner in which notice is to be given

        (1)         Any notice under this Act must be signed by the person giving the notice or his solicitor, attorney or agent.

        (2)         Service of a notice under this Act must be effected personally or by registered post.
