EMERGENCY SERVICES FUNDING ACT 1998 - SECT 25
(1) The Minister may,
by notice published in the Gazette, exempt motor vehicles or vessels of a
class specified in the notice from the imposition of a levy under this
Division.
(2) A notice under
subsection (1) may be varied or revoked by the Minister by subsequent
notice published in the Gazette.
