ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 2002 - SECT 4

4—Essential Services Commission

        (1)         The Essential Services Commission is established.

        (2)         The Commission—

            (a)         is a body corporate; and

            (b)         has perpetual succession and a common seal; and

            (c)         is capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name.

        (3)         The Commission has all the powers of a natural person together with powers conferred on the Commission by or under this or any other Act.
