ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 2002 - SECT 12

12—Membership of Commission

The Commission will be constituted of—

            (a)         a Commissioner appointed by the Governor as the Chairperson; and

            (b)         such number of additional Commissioners, full-time or part-time, as are appointed by the Governor.
