ESSENTIAL SERVICES ACT 1981 - SECT 10B

10B—Offence by body corporate

If a body corporate commits an offence against this Act, a director of the body corporate is guilty of an offence and liable to the same penalty as may be imposed for the principal offence when committed by a natural person.
