South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may,
by instrument in writing, delegate any of the Minister's powers under this Act
to any other person or persons.
(2) No delegation may
be made under this section of the power to requisition property, or to fix
maximum prices in relation to the sale of goods or services.
(3) A delegation under
this section is revocable at will and does not derogate from the power of the
Minister to act personally in any matter.
