South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Any magistrate
holding office under the Magistrates Act 1983 who is designated by the
Governor, by instrument in writing, as a member of the Environment, Resources
and Development Court will (while he or she continues to hold office as a
magistrate) be a member of the Court.
(2) A magistrate
appointed under subsection (1) may also, if the Governor so determines,
be appointed as a Master of the Court.
(3) A magistrate is,
in relation to the performance of duties as a member of the Court,
administratively responsible to the Senior Judge of the Court.
