South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by this Act or any other act
conferring jurisdiction on the Court, or as are necessary or expedient for the
purposes of this Act or any other Act conferring jurisdiction on the Court.
(2) The regulations
may, for example, prescribe matters relevant to the practice and procedure of
the Court.
(3) A regulation may
not be made for the purposes of section 7(2) in a form such that
jurisdiction in respect of offences under more than one Act are conferred on
the Court by the same regulation.
