South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Rules of court may
be made under this Act to regulate the practice and procedure of the Court and
to provide for any other matter necessary or expedient for the effective and
efficient operation of the Court.
(2) The power to make
rules under this section includes the power to make rules in respect of any
jurisdiction conferred on the Court by a relevant Act.
(3) Rules of the Court
may be made by the Senior Judge and one other Judge.
(4) The rules take
effect as from the date of publication in the Gazette or a later date
specified in the rules.
(5) The rules must not
be inconsistent with the regulations, or with any relevant Act.
