South Australian Consolidated Acts24—Entry and inspection of property
(1) A member of the
Court may enter any land or building and carry out any inspection that the
Court considers relevant to a proceeding before the Court.
(2) A member of the
Court may authorise an officer of the Court to enter any land or building and
carry out any inspection that the member considers relevant to a proceeding
before the Court.
(3) A person who
obstructs a member of the Court, or a person authorised by the Court, in the
exercise of a power of entry or inspection under this section commits a
contempt of the Court.
