South Australian Consolidated Acts14—Court's administrative and ancillary staff
(1) The Court's
administrative and ancillary staff consists of—
(a) a
Registrar (who is the Court's principal administrative officer); and
(b) a
Deputy Registrar; and
(c) any
other persons appointed to the staff of the Court.
(2) The Court's
administrative and ancillary staff will be appointed under the Courts
Administration Act 1993 .
(4) A member of the
Court's administrative or ancillary staff is responsible to the Senior Judge
(through any properly constituted administrative superior) for the proper and
efficient discharge of his or her duties under this Act.
