South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The regulations
may prescribe the fees to be paid in respect of an application for a permit or
of any other application under this Act.
(2) A fee prescribed
in respect of an application under this Act shall be paid when the application
is made or at such other time (if any) as is prescribed and, if the fee is not
so paid, the application shall be deemed not to be duly made.
(3) The Minister may,
if he considers it necessary or desirable to do so, waive the payment of any
fee payable in respect of an application and, if he does so,
subsection (2) does not apply in relation to that application.
