South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts31—Compliance with conditions of permit
The holder of a permit who contravenes, or fails to comply with, a condition
imposed in respect of the permit shall be guilty of an offence and shall be
liable—
(a) if
the person is a natural person—to a fine not exceeding the sum of five
thousand dollars; or
(b) if
the person is a body corporate—to a fine not exceeding the sum of ten
thousand dollars.
