South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The
Technical Regulator may delegate his or her powers under this Act to a person
or body of persons that is, in the Technical Regulator's opinion, competent to
exercise the relevant powers.
(2) A delegation under
this section—
(a) must
be in writing; and
(b) may
be conditional or unconditional; and
(c) is
revocable at will; and
(d) does
not prevent the delegator from acting in any matter.
