South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) In any legal
proceedings, a certificate executed by the Technical Regulator certifying as
to a matter relating to—
(a) a
delegation under this Act; or
(b) the
appointment of an authorised person; or
(c) a
notice given or published under this Act,
constitutes proof, in the absence of proof to the contrary, of the matters so
certified.
(2) Evidence of the
contents of a standard referred to or incorporated in a proclamation or
regulation under this Act may be given in any legal proceedings by production
of a document apparently certified by the Technical Regulator to be a true
copy of the standard.
