ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS ACT 2000 - SECT 13

13—Hindering or obstructing authorised person

A person must not hinder or obstruct an authorised person or anyone else engaged in the administration of this Act or the exercise of powers under this Act.

Maximum penalty: $5 000.
