ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 1993 - SECT 64C
64C—Delegation of powers under sections 64A and 64B
(1) The Minister may
delegate any of his or her powers under section 64A or 64B to any person
or body.
(2) A delegation under
this section—
(a) must
be by instrument in writing; and
(b) may
be absolute or conditional; and
(c) does
not derogate from the power of the Minister to exercise any of those powers;
and
(d) is
revocable at will by the Minister.
