Where a written notice is to be given under this Act by a Registrar to an
issuing authority, or an enforcement certificate is to be sent by an issuing
authority to a Registrar, the notice or certificate may be given or sent in an
electronic form that is acceptable to the recipient, provided that a printed
copy of the notice or certificate can be produced if required.
