This Part does not render unlawful an act done for the purpose of carrying out
a scheme or undertaking intended to ensure that persons of the one sex,
persons of a chosen gender, or persons of a particular sexuality, have equal
opportunities with, respectively, persons of the other sex, persons who are
not persons of a chosen gender or persons of another sexuality, in
circumstances to which this Part applies.
