EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 1984 - SECT 45

45—Charities

This Part does not—

            (a)         affect a provision in a charitable instrument for conferring benefits wholly or mainly on—

                  (i)         persons of the one sex; or

            (ia)         persons of a chosen gender; or

                  (ii)         persons of a particular sexuality; or

            (b)         render unlawful an act done to give effect to such a provision.
