South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts22—Constitution of the Tribunal for the hearing of proceedings
(1) In relation to the
hearing of proceedings, the Tribunal will be constituted of the following
members:
(a) the
Presiding Officer or a Deputy Presiding Officer of the Tribunal; and
(b) two
members of the panel selected by the Presiding Officer to sit at the hearing
of those proceedings.
(2) In selecting
members from the panel for the purpose of hearing proceedings, the Presiding
Officer must endeavour to select those members who have expertise that is
relevant to the subject matter of the proceedings.
(3) The Tribunal,
separately constituted in accordance with this section, may sit simultaneously
for the purpose of hearing and determining separate proceedings.
