South Australian Consolidated Acts21—Validity of acts of the Tribunal and immunity of its members
(1) An act or
proceeding of the Tribunal is not invalid by reason of a vacancy in its
membership or in the membership of the panel, or by reason of a defect in the
appointment of a person to the Tribunal or the panel.
(2) No liability
attaches to a member of the Tribunal for an act or omission by the member, or
by the Tribunal, in good faith and in the exercise of official powers or
functions, or in the discharge of official duties.
