EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 4
(1) It is the
intention of the Parliament that this Act apply within the State and outside
the State to the full extent of the extra-territorial legislative capacity of
the Parliament.
(2) This Act does not
authorise the taking of measures to bring an industrial dispute to an end or
to control civil disorders (not being civil disorders resulting from, and
occurring during the continuance of, a declared major emergency or disaster).
