ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 6

6—Establishment of the Board

        (1)         The Economic Development Board is established.

        (2)         The Board is a body corporate.

        (3)         The Board is an instrumentality of the Crown and holds its property on behalf of the Crown.
