South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board must, on
or before 30 September in every year, forward to the Minister a report under
this section.
(2) The report must
contain—
(a) a
report on the Board's operations for the year ending on the preceding
30 June;
(b) a
report on the state of the State's economy with particular reference to—
(i)
Australian and international standards of efficiency and
competitiveness; and
(ii)
the extent to which goals set in the Board's plans for
the State's economic development have been achieved; and
(c) any
information required by or under other provisions of this Act.
(3) The Minister must,
within 12 sitting days after receiving a report under this section, have
copies of the report laid before both Houses of Parliament.
