ELECTRICITY CORPORATIONS ACT 1994 - SECT 8

8—ETSA to continue as RESI

        (1)         ETSA Corporation continues in existence as RESI Corporation .

        (2)         RESI—

            (a)         is a body corporate; and

            (b)         has perpetual succession and a common seal; and

            (c)         is capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name; and

            (d)         has the functions and powers assigned or conferred by or under this or any other Act.
