ELECTRICITY CORPORATIONS ACT 1994 - SECT 34

34—Establishment of corporation

        (1)         An electricity transmission corporation may be established by the Governor by regulation.

        (2)         The regulations must name the corporation.

        (3)         RESI ceases to have electricity transmission and system control functions on and from the date specified for that purpose in the regulations.
