ELECTRICITY CORPORATIONS ACT 1994 - SECT 19

19—Staff of RESI

        (1)         The chief executive officer of RESI will be appointed by the board with the approval of the Minister.

        (2)         RESI may appoint such other employees as it thinks necessary or desirable.

        (3)         An employee's appointment will be on terms and conditions fixed by RESI.
