South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts12—RESI to furnish Treasurer with certain information
(1) RESI must furnish
the Treasurer with such information or records in the possession or control of
RESI as the Treasurer may require in such manner and form as the Treasurer may
require.
(2) Subsections (2),
(3) and (4) of section 7 of the Public Corporations Act 1993 apply in
relation to such a requirement of the Treasurer in the same way as to a
requirement of the Minister under that section.
