ELECTRICITY CORPORATIONS ACT 1994 - SECT 10

10—Functions of RESI

        (1)         RESI has—

            (a)         electricity distribution functions; and

            (c)         subject to Part 4, electricity transmission and system control functions.

        (2)         RESI may perform its functions within and outside the State.
