must maintain in a conspicuous position at any registered premises a notice
clearly showing—
(a) the
name of the agent as it appears in the licence or a registered business name
in which the agent carries on business as an agent and of which the Director
has been given prior notice in writing; and
(b) if a
manager has been appointed, the name of the manager of the business.
Penalty: Division 11 fine.
