South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to this
section, the holder of a licence must not carry on business as an employment
agent except at premises registered under this section.
Penalty: Division 7 fine.
(2) An application for
registration must be made to the Director in a form approved by the Minister.
(3) The Director may,
on application, permit an employment agent on a day, or over a period,
specified by the Director, to carry on business at a place (other than the
registered premises of the agent) specified by the Director.
(4) An employment
agent must, within 14 days after ceasing to carry on business at registered
premises, notify the Director in writing of that fact.
Penalty: Division 7 fine.
