Division
Where a person acts as an employment agent in contravention of a provision of
this Division—
(a) the
person is not entitled to recover any fee for so acting; and
(b) if
the person has received any fee for so acting, a court convicting the person
of an offence in respect of the contravention may, on the application of the
prosecutor, order the person to repay the amount or value of the fee.
