South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where—
(a) the
holder of a licence is not directly involved in the management of the relevant
business; or
(b) the
holder of a licence is a body corporate,
the business conducted in pursuance of the licence must be managed under the
personal supervision of a natural person who is a resident of the State and is
approved by the Director in accordance with this Act.
(2) If a business is
not managed as required by subsection (1) for a period exceeding
14 days, or such longer period as may be allowed by the Director, the
holder of the licence is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Division 6 fine.
