The Commission may, before issuing a licence, agreeing to the transfer of a
licence or determining or varying conditions of a licence, consult with and
have regard to the advice of—
(a) the
Commissioner for Consumer Affairs; and
(b) the
consumer advisory committee established under Part 2.
