The Commission must establish an advisory committee comprising representatives
of consumers (the "consumer advisory committee )—
(a) to
provide advice to the Commission in relation to the performance of the
Commission's licensing functions under Part 3; and
(b) to
provide advice to the Commission, either on its own initiative or at the
request of the Commission, on any other matter relating to the
electricity supply industry.
