South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Except as
otherwise provided in this Act, the name of an elector must not be added to a
roll except in pursuance of a claim for enrolment or the transfer of
enrolment.
(2) A claim for
enrolment or the transfer of enrolment—
(a) must
be in a form approved by the Electoral Commissioner; and
(b) must
be made to an electoral registrar; and
(c) must
be signed and attested as required by the Electoral Commissioner.
