ELECTORAL ACT 1985 - SECT 23

23—Rolls to be kept up to date

The electoral registrars must keep the rolls under revision by—

            (a)         adding the names of electors entitled to be enrolled in pursuance of claims for enrolment under this Act;

            (b)         removing the names of deceased electors;

            (c)         correcting mistakes and omissions in the rolls;

            (d)         registering changes of name;

            (e)         bringing up to date particulars appearing in the rolls.
