ELECTORAL ACT 1985 - SECT 130O
In this section—
"eligible vote" means a first preference vote on a formal ballot paper in an
election;
"total primary vote" means the total number of eligible votes cast in favour
of all of the candidates in an election by electors for the relevant
electoral district.
