South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board shall
cause a register to be kept in which shall be entered the names of all
non-Government schools registered under this Part and such other information
as may be determined by the Board.
(2) The register shall
be available for public inspection.
(3) The name of any
registered non-Government school, the registration of which is cancelled or
has expired, shall be removed from the register.
