South Australian Consolidated Acts72F—Non-Government schools to be registered
(1) If after a date to
be fixed by proclamation for the purposes of this section students are
enrolled or receive instruction at an unregistered non-Government school, the
governing authority of the school shall be guilty of an offence.
(2) The penalty for an
offence against subsection (1) is as follows—
(a) for
a first offence—$10 000;
(b) for
a subsequent offence—$10 000 or $500 for every day on which
students have received instruction since the date on which the authority was
last convicted under subsection (1), whichever is greater.
