(1) In addition to the
rights of appeal otherwise conferred on an officer by or under this Act, an
officer may appeal to the Appeal Board against any administrative action or
decision affecting the officer in relation to which a right of appeal is
conferred by the regulations.
(2) Upon the hearing
of any appeal under this section, the Appeal Board may give such orders and
directions as it considers just in the circumstances of the case.
