The Director-General shall in each year make a report on the administration of
the Department up to the thirty-first day of December of the year last
preceding the date of the report.
(1a) The report must
include a report on the operation of section 106A during the period to
which the report relates.
(2) The Minister shall
cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament as soon
as practicable after he receives the report.
