South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
appoint such advisory committees as he considers necessary to investigate, and
advise him upon, any matters affecting the administration of this Act or the
provision of proper pre-school, primary or secondary education in this State.
(2) An advisory
committee constituted under this section shall consist of such members as
the Minister thinks fit to appoint to the committee.
(3) A member of an
advisory committee shall hold office at the pleasure of the Minister.
(4) Subject to any
direction of the Minister, the procedure of an advisory committee shall be
determined by the committee.
(5) The Minister may
pay to the members of an advisory committee such allowances and expenses as
may be determined by the Governor.
