South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may,
by notice in the Gazette, appoint a person to be an inspector of explosives
for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Each inspector
must be furnished with an appropriate identity card.
(3) An inspector must
produce the identity card for inspection by any person who questions his or
her authority to exercise the powers of an inspector under this Act.
