(a) does
not, upon being requested so to do by an inspector facilitate the entry,
inspection, and examination authorised by this Act by the inspector; or
(b) does
not, upon being so requested, facilitate the taking of samples, or the
seizure, detention, or removal of any explosive, packages, or vehicle, or the
destruction or disposal of any explosive authorised by this Act,
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
