South Australian Consolidated Acts53—Party may give notice of intention to adduce telegraphic message in
evidence
(1) Any party to any
legal proceedings may at any time after the commencement thereof give notice
to any other party that he proposes to adduce in evidence at the trial or
hearing any telegraphic message that has been sent by electric telegraph from
any station in the Commonwealth to any other station within the Commonwealth:
Provided that the time between the giving of such notice and the day on which
such evidence shall be tendered shall not in any case be less than two days.
(2) Every such notice
shall specify the names of the sender and receiver of the message, the subject
matter thereof, and the date as nearly as may be.
